Accepted state requires review
AI-generated answers, findings, action cards, and proposed representations do not become accepted state unless an authorized reviewer accepts them in Stetful.
Named parties, not unrelated third parties
The standard profile enables eligible party-scoped reconciliation by default. It never gives an unrelated organization access to the instrument, and it never reveals the contributing customer or source artifact.
Distinct customer controls
Future contribution, party-scoped use, artifact deletion, retroactive suppression, account closure, and separately negotiated processor-only treatment are different controls.
